Product Cook is built to need as little of your data as possible. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: chef@productcook.com.

Cookies

We don't set advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner. Our analytics are cookieless. If we ever add a non-essential cookie, it will be off until you say yes.

Analytics

We use privacy-first analytics to count page views, tool use, form submissions and which campaigns (UTM tags) brought visitors. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build a profile of you, and doesn't record what you type.

The tools

The Toolkit runs entirely in your browser. What you type is saved on your own device (in your browser's local storage) so you can come back to it. It is never sent to our servers. A share link carries your inputs inside the link itself (after the # sign), which browsers don't send to servers. Clear it any time with “Start over” or by clearing your browser data.

Forms and email

• Work with us and Contact: we receive what you send by email (delivered through our email provider) so we can reply. We may keep a copy in our own workspace to follow up. We don't sell or share it.
• Newsletter and notify-me: your email goes to our newsletter provider, which asks you to confirm before you're subscribed. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
• “Email me this result”: we send your tool result to the address you give, once. We don't keep the result.

Booking and video

The booking calendar is provided by a third party and loads only when you choose to open it. Lesson videos are served from our own site; if we move them to YouTube, we'll use its privacy-enhanced mode.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email chef@productcook.com and we'll respond promptly.
